We're here to help.
Have a question, run into a problem, or need to report something in an event app? Here's how to reach us — and how to export or delete your data yourself, without waiting on a reply.
§ 01
How to reach us
Email support@useeventify.com with the details below. A member of the Eventify team will review your request and respond.
If you're attending a specific event, you can also use the contact details that event's organizer publishes in their app (Profile screen or More menu) — for events run by a client organization, that's often the fastest way to reach someone who knows that event.
Running an event on Eventify and need help with the admin console? Use the same address.
§ 02
What to include
To help us solve your issue quickly, please include:
- The event you're attending, or the app you're using;
- the email address on your Eventify account;
- your device and app version (Settings/App Store "About," or the browser you're using);
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead; and
- a screenshot, if relevant.
Reporting a specific post, question, or profile? Also include:
- a screenshot or the text of the content;
- where you saw it (activity feed, live Q&A, people directory, etc.); and
- why it violates our Terms of Service.
You can also report activity-feed posts and Q&A questions directly in the app using the report action next to that content — that routes straight to the event's moderators.
§ 03
Delete your account
You're in control of your data at every event you've attended. Deleting your account covers every event profile linked to the same organization account. It removes your profile, authored posts and comments, selected photos, personal schedule, notes, favorites, identified engagement activity, linked analytics and email-delivery records, push registrations, and active sessions. We finalize deletion requests within 30 days. This doesn't require contacting us first — you can do it yourself, in-app or from the web, right now:
In the app
- Open the Eventify app for your event and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under Privacy, tap Request deletion, then confirm.
From the web — no install needed
- In a browser, open the attendee web app for your event (the same address you'd use to open the event app on a computer).
- Sign in with your email address.
- Go to Profile → Privacy → Request deletion, then confirm.
Confidential survey responses and aggregate event statistics that cannot be linked back to your account may remain. We also retain the minimum non-identifying deletion audit needed to demonstrate that the request was completed. Deleted information may remain temporarily in access-restricted disaster-recovery backups until those backups rotate, and is not restored to the active service.
Want a copy of your data first? Use Profile → Privacy → Export my data (in-app or on the web) before you request deletion.
Can't sign in? Email support@useeventify.com from the address on your account and ask us to process the deletion request on your behalf.
§ 04
